- You must be 21 years or older.
- You must live in the United States.
- You must be legally eligible to own a ammunition.
- You must live in a location where it is legal to receive live ammunition through the mail/UPS.
- You must be subscribed to our mailing list at the time of the weekly drawing.
- We will email the winner. If you don’t reply with in 48 hours, we will pick another winner.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win this raffle. The offer of this raffle is void where prohibited by law.
The winner is picked by computer, randomly, from all current subscribers to the mailing list.
Dates: The first drawing will be on March 5th, 2021, and new winners will be picked every Friday until Horizon Arms Research ends this program.
Eligibility: This raffle is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and any other US territories), who currently reside in the US and who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. The winner must live in a state, county, and city where receiving live ammunition via the mail or UPS is legal. Such fees shall be at the winner’s sole expense. By entering this raffle, participants agree to these rules and to the decisions of Horizon Arms Research, which are final and binding in all respects. Horizon Arms Research reserves the right to disqualify any person who is found to be in violation of any of the rules herein, harassing Horizon Arms Research staff or customers, or attempting to make fraudulent entries in this raffle. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Warning: any attempt by an entrant or any other person to deliberately damage the web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the raffle may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Horizon Arms Research reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys’ fees) from any such entrant or person to the fullest extent of the law, including seeking criminal prosecution.
Liability: Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this raffle or any prizes awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be subject to the laws of the State of Colorado and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a Colorado court. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this raffle and never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys’ fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. By entering this raffle or accepting the prize, all participants release, indemnify and hold harmless, Horizon Arms Research., its successors and their respective, advertising, design, and print production agencies and all their respective shareholders, directors, officers and employees, one and all, from and against all actions and liability (including attorney’s fees and costs) due to injury, loss or damage to person or property, including death, caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, acceptance, or possession of the prize, or participation in this raffle. Prize winner waives the right (1) to assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and (2) to any liability claim which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. Horizon Arms Research (i) makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any prize; and (ii) disclaims any implied warranty. If any provision of this raffle shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
